Personfirst Foundation

Personfirst Foundation is a nonprofit organisation advancing para sport in India and globally, with a particular focus on para rowing. Its work centres on creating enabling environments for grassroots para athletes, supporting training, sporting development and all-round personal growth, while helping bring athletes into greater visibility and participation. As Principal Partner of the Adapted Sports India Foundation, Personfirst Foundation supports initiatives that advance disability sport and inclusion in alignment with the principles of the UNCRPD.

Lincoln Global Law Chambers

Lincoln Global Law Chambers (LGLC) is our Legal Partner, providing legal expertise and support to advance disability rights, equality and access to justice. With an established global presence that is headquartered in Tamil Nadu, LGLC has been involved in landmark legal matters concerning the rights and sporting opportunities of persons with disabilities, helping challenge systemic barriers through strategic legal action. Founded by Advocate Prabhakaran Rakmachandran, the firm combines litigation, legal research and public-interest advocacy with a strong commitment to egalitarian justice. As our Legal Partner, LGLC will help bring a rights-based perspective to the conclave and its continuing work, reinforcing the principle that inclusion must translate into rights, accountability and meaningful access to opportunity.

Dorcas Research Center is Adapted Sports India Foundation’s Institutional Partner in Tamil Nadu, supporting the development of knowledge, research and initiatives that advance opportunities for persons with disabilities. Through this partnership, Dorcas Research Center contributes to ASI Foundation’s efforts to strengthen inclusive sport ecosystems and connect local expertise with broader national conversations on disability sport, accessibility and participation. Its engagement reflects a shared commitment to building evidence-informed, inclusive pathways through which persons with disabilities can participate, develop and thrive.
